What does your health look like as an LGBTQ+ Texan? This survey helps physicians, nurses, and healthcare researchers help our community by seeing into our lives as LGBTQ+ Texans. They will better understand our healthcare needs, the inequities we face, our cultural disparities, and our entire health.
